CALENDAR OF EVENTS
Earn additional miles and learn tools to improve your overall health. Participate in some of the WellFit for Life program health activities listed below at no charge. The programs are designed to boost your fitness program, provide you with valuable information from some of the world’s top health and nutrition experts, and allow you to make-up a day when you may not have been able to make your four day a week WellFit for Life requirement. Below is a list of classes and events designed especially for you.
Note: Trust Participants who are not members of 24 Hour Fitness will be issued one month passes in order to attend up to four consecutive Saturdays of classes.
