How To: Retrieve My Username and Password
Your Wellfit For Life login account is now the same as your login account for the THT Health Portal. If you have forgotten your username and password for your THT Health Portal account, then follow the steps below:
- Go to the THT Health Portal Account Management Tool for members.
- Provide all of the information requested by the management account tool, then click the "Ok" button.
- Once your information has been verified, you will be taken to the Account Management Tool. Click the button under Option 2 "Reset My Password and Email My Login Information To Me". Your password will be changed to a randomly selected set of characters, and your username and new password will be emailed to you.
- Once you receive an email containing your username and new password, we highly recommend logging into the THT Health Portal and changing the generated password to something that you will more easily remember. Once you are ready, return to the Wellfit For Life website and log in.
